Also, we take orders through our resellers. How does your customer service work? After a customer’s request, our manager sends him a commercial offer with a quoted price and information on a shipment date and details. If the offer is accepted, the customer receives an invoice within one working day. The invoice will be valid for 5 days. Otherwise we can’t guarantee the shipment on the stated date. The paid products are delivered by DHL. We inform the customer about the air waybill number by email. What is the time of delivery? Most of our products are kept in stock. So we deliver within the shortest possible time. It usually takes us 1-3 days from the date of payment to make preparation for further successful DHL delivery. As for large orders the lead time should be stipulated in advance, as it can be up to 5 weeks. What information will be required from a customer? For invoice: name and address of customer’s company. For delivery: name of company (receiver), delivery address with Zip code, contact person and the phone number. Where should we send documents, letters for Parabel Сompany? For our regular customers we can send equipment for testing without payment, as they have a good payment history. After testing, a customer should send us a written report on the equipment operation. How to pay the delivery? The delivery is paid by a customer according to DHL tariff which is calculated individually and depends on a delivery place and parcel weight. As per usual, we include transport charges into invoice as a separate item. |
