Maintenance and Guarantee
Parabel ltd guarantees to repair free or replace products within 2 years from the date of purchase. If replacement delivery of the damaged equipment is pressing, we can send a new one but in exchange for your guarantee letter. For prompt troubleshooting of the damaged device you should attached a written description of the failure/damage and under what circumstances it happened.
